Gül: Timing is the only problem

After meeting with Republican People’s Party Leader Baykal the day prior, yesterday President Gül met with Prime Minister Erdoğan, Nationalist Movement Party Leader Bahçeli and Peace and Democracy Party Chairman Demirtaş.

Gül expressed that the opposition leaders were partial to changes to the constitution however they are approaching the issue of timing with caution. 

Baykal, on the other hand, had stated; “Issues should be solved within the assembly.”
