Plans for a coup

The First Army Military Prosecutor’s Office, which is currently inspecting the “Balyoz Action Plan,’ has determined through a court expert report that the ‘documents are not from a seminar, but are in fact plans for a coup.’

The First Army Military Prosecutor’s Office, which is simultaneously staging an investigation paralleled to the Istanbul’s Chief Public Prosecutors, also requested the documents detailing the ‘Balyoz Security Action Plan’ from Taraf newspaper.

MILITARY ALSO CONDUCTS INSPECTION

The Military Prosecution’s court expert committee has also been conducting an investigation into four DVD’s containing documents pertaining to the ‘Balyoz’ (Sledgehammer) Plan. It turns out, the Military Prosecution court expert report has also determined that the documents were not representative of a seminar, but were in fact plans for a coup, which is also in line with the findings by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and the Police Criminal Investigation Department.

The court expert report conducted by the Military Prosecutors Office has been sent by private courier to Istanbul’s Special Authority Office of Chief Public Prosecutors.
