Luxurious shopping mall project for Bodrum

The owner of the German LIP group, Inholte, has made a 100 million dollar investment for a luxurious shopping center in Bodrum.

Following the inflation of shopping centers developed in metropolitan cities within the nation, now foreign investors are focusing their sights on the nation’s popular tourist regions. Germany’s LIP (Ludger Inholte Projekentwicklung) partnered by Bodrum businessmen in Atos Capital, is currently putting into fruition an investment for the development of an A class shopping center located in Bodrum. BODRUM WAS A FAVORITE
The new investment Project, entitled the Halicarnas Gallery will bring well-known brands such as Louis Vitton to Bodrum.  The decision for the Bodrum investment, on behalf of the Germany company that develops shopping centers, came about while Inholte was on vacation in the seaside town. The enclosed shopping center will encompass a total 78,000 meter-square area and will be Bodrum’s first-ever luxurious shopping center.
