has made the “Best Ten Stocks” list released on and compiled by obtaining the views of Wall Street’s fund, market and investment specialists.

The person who recommended was none other than The Sizemore Investment Letter's Fund and Stock Manager , who states, "Turkey has one of the brightest futures among emerging market contenders… There is no object more essential to life in the modern world than the mobile phone, and Turkcell is the dominant wireless carrier in Turkey with a 54 percent market share… Market penetration is at about 2/3 of the European average."
